A Bittersweet Christmas: Baby Singer #6 - December 1942. Bethie is 13 mos old, grandparents visit, and the war hits home.
Daddy's Going Away: Baby Singer #7 - January 1943. Bethie is 1 yr old. Jeff is leaving to be a war correspondant for WENN.
V-mail- Alexander: Baby Singer #8 - May 16th -Oct 28th 1943. Letter correspondence between Jeff and Hilary. The birth of Alexander Jeffrey Singer.
